1. Who these terms are with

This website and the consulting services described on it are provided by Nur Science Consulting, a remote-first consulting practice (“we,” “us,” “our”). By contacting us, booking a session, or using this site, you (“you,” the individual or the business you represent) agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. The services we provide

We provide business consulting in strategy, marketing & growth, and operations for small and mid-sized businesses, remotely or on-site wherever you are. Consulting is an advisory service: you remain responsible for the decisions you make and how you run your business. We work hard to help you improve, but we do not guarantee any particular revenue, profit, funding, or outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, execution, and your team’s circumstances. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice; consult a licensed professional for those matters.

3. Booking and discovery calls

Engagements typically begin with a free discovery call. Booking a session means you have reviewed the relevant details and agree to the applicable rate shown on our Services & Pricing page. A session slot is reserved for you once we confirm it.

4. Fees and payment

• Rates are listed on our pricing page and are charged per hour according to the stage of your business. We may update rates from time to time; changes do not affect sessions already booked or prepaid packages already purchased.
• Single sessions are billed on the day of the session. Blocks, retainers, and quarterly engagements are paid in advance and are subject to the expiration windows described at purchase.
• Packages are non-transferable and, except as required by law or as we otherwise agree in writing, non-refundable once used. Unused, unexpired package sessions may be refunded or credited at our discretion.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. With that notice, the hour is returned to your package or not billed. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, are charged in full, because the time was reserved. Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. We reserve the same flexibility to reschedule when necessary, and will give you as much notice as we can.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information about your business when asked.
• Give us timely access to the people, data, and tools an engagement requires.
• Make sure the right decision-makers attend sessions and come prepared.
• For remote sessions, provide a working device and internet connection on your end.

7. Communications consent (email, SMS, and phone)

By giving us your email address and phone number, you agree that we may contact you with service communicationsneeded to arrange and deliver our services — scheduling, confirmations, reminders, session notes, and billing — by email, text message, and phone.

Separately, if you check the marketing-consent box on our contact form or otherwise opt in, you agree that we may send marketing and informational messages — availability, tips, reminders, and offers — by email, text message (SMS), and phone call to the contact details you provided. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. This marketing consent is not required for any engagement, and you may withdraw it at any time: reply STOP to a marketing text (or HELP for help), use the unsubscribe link in an email, or simply tell us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop the service messages needed to run sessions you have booked. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we handle your information.

8. Ending an ongoing engagement

Either of us may end an ongoing consulting arrangement at any time, for any reason, with reasonable notice. If we end it, we will refund or credit any unused, prepaid sessions.

9. Confidentiality and intellectual property

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to serve you. Deliverables we create specifically for you — plans, reports, SOPs — are yours to use inside your business once paid for. Our general frameworks, templates, and know-how remain ours. The content and design of this website are ours and may not be copied without permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nur Science Consulting and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the website or the services, and our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nur Science Consulting is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where a written engagement agreement names a different governing law, that agreement controls.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
