Nur Science Consulting is a small, remote-first consulting practice working with businesses wherever they are.
Our team has built and run small businesses, which is most of the value here. We know what it’s like to be the owner, the marketer, and the person fixing the printer in the same afternoon — and we know which advice sounds smart in a deck but falls apart on a Tuesday with a three-person team.
Our approach is simple and a little unglamorous: find the real constraint, then fix it. Most businesses that feel stuck aren’t stuck on this month’s problem. They’re stuck on a pricing decision, a hiring gap, or a broken process from two years ago, and every new initiative stacks on top of it. So we do both at once — keep the current numbers healthy while quietly rebuilding what’s underneath.
We only take on strategy, growth, and operations work, and we keep a small client list. That’s deliberate. We’d rather be genuinely useful to a handful of businesses we actually know than spread thin across a long roster.
You’ll always know what’s happening. A recap after every session, a real check-in every month, and a straight answer if we don’t think consulting is what your business needs. The goal is for you to not need us anymore — that’s the whole point.

Remote or on-site — your call
Same hourly rate either way, and both work. Pick whichever your team will actually show up for in week seven, because consistency beats format every time.
On-site
Anywhere you are- At your office, store, warehouse, or wherever the work actually happens — in any city or country.

- Travel is billed at cost and agreed with you before any trip is booked.
- Half-day and full-day blocks available for planning sessions and offsites.
Remote
Anywhere in the world- Zoom calls scheduled around your time zone, with a written recap after every session.
- Same hourly rate as on-site — same hour, same prep, no travel costs.
- Async support between calls by email or Slack for retainer clients.
- Sessions can be recorded on request so the rest of your team can catch up.

How scheduling works
- How do I get on the calendar?
- Send the form below or email us. We'll reply with two or three discovery-call times within one business day.
- How quickly can we start?
- Usually within a week. The discovery call and audit tend to happen the week you reach out, with the first working session the week after.
- Do we meet at the same time each week?
- For retainers, yes — a standing slot your team can plan around. It's held for you as long as the engagement is active.
- How do I reschedule?
- Email or text as soon as you know. More than 24 hours out, it's free and we'll find another time that week. Inside 24 hours, the hour is billed.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Happy to. Everything you share is treated as confidential by default, and we'll sign your NDA or provide ours before we look at financials.
- Will I know how it's going?
- Yes. A short recap after every session with decisions and next steps, plus a monthly check-in against the goals in your plan. No surprises.
